LM congratulates Nigerian "hit maker" 9ice for winning MTV Africa's Best Hip-Hop Artist award on November 22, 2008. The first ever MTV Awards Ceremony for Africa was held in Abuja, Nigeria and artists such as The Game, Kelly Rowland and Flo'rida were in attendance.
